For 2026, dues for new and renewing members are $25 (individual) and $30 (family) per year. Family members in the same household.

There are two ways to join:

1) Complete an online Club Application Form and submit your dues via PayPal at the bottom of the page.

2) Print out a Club Application Form and send (along with a check made out to Dame Juliana League) to P. O. Box 178, Kimberton, PA 19442.
